Trembling Aspens Herb Farm Apothecary is a family-owned herb farm and apothecary located in the Niagara Region of Ontario. We specialize in growing a wide variety of culinary and medicinal herbs, which we use to handcraft an array of artisanal products, including jams, jellies, infused oils and vinegars, custom spice blends, and a line of natural body care items. At our on-site apothecary, you'll find an extensive selection of dried herbs as well as our own homemade rubs, salves, and tinctures.
